What are the warranties for turf installation?

Labor warranty is between 2 to 3 years. The manufacturer warranty is 15 years. In some cases there is a 15 year manufacturer warranty in which 8 years us labor backed depending on the turf you select. A labor backed warranty means should anything go wrong with the turf itself, the manufacturer will include the labor up to 8 years.

Does your turf fade?

Our artificial turf is made with premium materials and advanced technologies to ensure it does not fade. No matter how much sun exposure or weather it experiences, it will maintain its vibrant color and appearance for years to come. Enjoy a beautiful lawn with no need to worry about fading.

What kind of infill do you use?

We add a combination of infills to control odors and heat issues. We do our best to cover all issues people deal with.

What is Degradation?

Artificial turf degradation refers to the gradual wearing down or deterioration of synthetic grass fibers, as well as other components of an artificial turf system, over time. This can be caused by various factors, including heavy use, exposure to UV rays, extreme temperatures, and exposure to chemicals and other pollutants. Over time, the fibers in an artificial turf field may become matted, lose their resilience and natural appearance, and may even begin to unravel or fall apart. If you can pull on the grass blades and they rip out, your artificial turf needs to be replaced.

I have put turf in my yard for the last 15 years. I originally chose turf when my kids were both allergic to grass, and turf allowed them to be outside without welts on their skin.
